To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging where possible.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- We recommend using a tracked service when returning any item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
